I attended a tour of this day care center and when arriving I was able to freely walk in the door. I have toured this provider's facility, but have not used its services Upon return, they simply started working again, no quarantine. During this time, that people were being forced to pick up their children, due to lack of staff, two of the owners were in Las Vegas for a bridal shower. Therefore, by definition, my two year old was unsupervised for half the day. During this time, I went to pick up our daughter, only to find one staff member watching TWO different rooms. The reason we left.during the height of covid, other parents were being called to pick up their children due to a lack of staff to watch the children, those parents still were forced to pay for daycare services that they were not receiving. After that amount was satisfied, they continued to take money out of our account monthly and would not supply us with a statement. After we left, they then informed us of money that we owed them. Our sitter would pick up our child and they would simply hand her over to the sitter, even though we had forgotten to tell them that she was picking our daughter up. The doors are not locked to outside visitors, even though the promises have been made to the parents that they would be. I gave this place a one star because zero stars is unavailable. I have used this provider for more than 6 months We will research your concern and make corrections accordingly. If you are a provider and you believe any information is incorrect, please contact us.
